Pushkara Sarovar Portico Dibrugarh

Staff was friendly and polite it was clean

They were not tourist friendly they were clueless about culture heritage and historical information

Good breakfast, good food, clean room, excellent staff.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Comfortable room.

Not enough choice of beer in the bar only one type available, inadequate stocks.

The location ,cleanliness and food.

Amenities, Room facilities, Services.

Good property for the place. Nice room. Good Food.

Location

The ambience is good and rooms well maintained

The food is exorbitantly priced and in room dining good quality is bad

Staff were very friendly, informative and welcoming. Rooms were adequate. Restaurant, chef and staff were able to cater to our needs.

Nothing except one waiter in Dining Hall

This Hotel is not 4 Star Category . Lift is not working. Food Quality is average . Manager lady is very non co operative . No Facility for Genius level 3. Even They delivered my Parcel to adjacent room which they could not get it back. She has not even bothered to talk to the Guest. Very disappointing stay

I like the behaviour of all the staff work here.

I am not happy with the room as the bed was not comfortable, It was very noisy specially the headrest and bed lamps were not fixed. I didn't have any AC remote to control AC from my bed, every time I had to up to control it.There were no TV recharge on TV. The bathroom doesn't have head shower, also there is no stand in the shower to keep your own staff like shampoo or shower gel etc. Because some people don't like to use the staff that provide by the hotel . The food was so bad, as I ordered for Aloo paratha and there was nothing inside also it was so uncooked.

Cleanliness and staff professionality

It was not possible to pay with International Credit Card, the hotel accept only either cash or Indian credit cards. As a foreign travelling for business it was not confortable.

Property had a lawn outside which was good, It was neat and clean and room service was prompt

Few facilities of a 4star hotel was missing. Moreover food was bit overpriced and they were charging 100rs for a 20rs water bottle which is jot fair

Clean Room Clean toilet

Not enough buzz

Did a packed breakfast which was as per our request. The location is slightly away from the crowded area of town which we likes.

Room was good and all the services was also nice.

There is nothing as such but one point i want to say that in TV please install some Apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Because now a days most of the people like to see some movies or shows and they dont want to call reception everytime to activate a channel.

Good hotel but little outside town & commute into town is not convenient

The Service has improved alot with meal and breakfast buffet option

All good

Ambience was good.

The bathroom door of the room could not be closed. Breakfast should have more varieties of food.

Well maintained and excellent well trained staff

staff behaviour is good..but slow service

Bad
